For a Healthcare Private Practice

Mountain Cat Intelligence has been designed by Private Healthcare Practitioners for Private Healthcare Practitioners. Oxford Physical Therapy’s goal in the design of Mountain Cat Intelligence was to mirror in software, Oxford’s definition of how to treat people. This specificity has led to many adaptations in development while Oxford has been the Beta1. In healthcare, the Private Practice setting must be initiative-taking in their unique treatment model, and flexible with the ever-changing healthcare environment. This design is a Principle based approach to business, and not policy based.

Modifications When Needed

Mountain Cat Intelligence is designed for changes and adaptations as they arise. During the beginning of the pandemic, healthcare changes from governmental agencies occurred on a regular basis. Because Mountain Cat Intelligence is built to change and pivot when the situation arises, Oxford Physical Therapy was able to make these changes – and go from code writing, testing and implementation in a matter of a few days. This demonstration of flexibility was crucial to Oxford.

User Productivity

All aspects Mountain Cat Intelligence includes Productivity reporting features. These features include but are not limited to the effectiveness and productivity of the company, the individual center, that center’s manager, each clinician, and administrative staff members. Goals can be set by the client for their staff, and the established productivity reporting markers are in real-time.
